ABOUT THE FIRM We are an unashamedly small firm combining old-fashioned values of honesty, integrity, sound advice and personal service with efficiency and speed of service aided, where appropriate, by modern technology. Access to justice is becoming increasingly difficult, especially for the man in the street, and we believe in championing the cause of the individual, often against the power of large companies. In order to enable those people with a genuine case but a reluctance to get involved in litigation to know exactly where they stand before spending any money, we waive the charges for the initial half hour consultation. Before we take on a case, we will give you the best costs estimate we can, to allow you to know what it will all cost. We clearly recognise that the perceived expense of solicitors’ charges can be the most off-putting aspect of legal advice, thus we undertake to consult you throughout the case in order to minimise costs. We employ only very limited advertising relying mainly on word-of-mouth recommendations. Whatever your reasons for consulting us, you can be assured of a friendly and personal service.
